  • Singles’ Night

    Singles’ Night

„World Singles’ Day celebrates the independence and happiness of singletons. This day is not about loneliness, but about the fact that self-sufficiency could also be the source of happiness!” – this right here is the exact definition of World Singles’ Day. Isn’t it wonderful? And what is even better is that Marilyn organised another cool event for this occasion!

I am telling you now, as always, to keep checking your favourite nightclub’s event calendar, because the best programs are waiting for you every two weeks. And the organizers are always preparing something kind to welcome you with, such as discounts, welcome drinks, or unique cocktails.

But let’s go back to singleness. I think two types of single people exist: one, who becomes solo because of their own actions, and the other, who becomes single because of the circumstances.
I’m lucky to tell you that I belong to the first category. I was the one who decided to be this way, I never wanted to settle and build a family. I don’t feel the need to have kids who will carry on my family name, as it is already unnecessarily popular.
You may ask, how’s singleness after 50? Honestly? Amazing! Do you think I could be here, blogging for a strip club as a married man? I don’t think so either.

I’ve learned how to live on my own, I’m not responsible for anyone, I’m making my own time schedule, I read a lot, I travel, exercise, and nobody questions me what I spend my money on. Neither asks where I’m going, when will I get home, or how much time do I overwork. Marriage never excited me.

A few years ago, one of my mates invited me to go skiing with him. It was a four-day long trip, with 30 people, including families and kids from every age group. I kinda like kids, mostly because of their painful honesty. I said yes to the trip, as I’ve been to several family programs before. Many people assume that single people only hang out with other singles, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. I already knew half of the people there, but I haven’t seen some of them in ages. The trip seemed promising. We went by car, hitting the road at dawn. I like these kinds of adventures; they are completely different than plane journeys. That being said, the convoy had begun going, in the dark, with roof racks, skis, excited parents and sleepy children.

The journey was long, but the location: lavish. All the accommodations were full of skiers. We gathered every evening to drink, but I don’t like to stay at one place for a long time, so one night I decided to look around. I found a cool place, and I had a nice dinner there. When I was about to leave, the waiter told me about an upcoming event: singles’ night. It hyped me up, though I couldn’t bring anyone from the group, as everybody came with their families. But this wasn’t the first time that I paved my way in the night alone.

Surprisingly, the place was full of people, but what’s even more striking, is that there were far more women than men. At first it seemed favourable, but as I’d taken a look around in more detail, I quickly understood why these women were solo. Nevertheless, the night went well, the place was exquisite, and the vibes didn’t disappoint either. I only left, when somewhere around midnight the karaoke begun. Actually, that’s the time I managed to pick up one of the bartender girls, so I’d taken her with me from the singles’ night. Was she really single? I’ll never know. But what turned out the next morning were the opinions of my friends. Some of them were jealous, others judged me. However, the most surprising reaction came from a friend whom I had known for ten years – turns out he didn’t know me as deeply as he had thought and assumed I was gay, and that’s why I never had a partner at these gatherings.

Well, the lesson learned from this story is that we never know what lenses others see the World through. I had discovered later that that friend of mine received a very conservative upbringing. He grew up thinking that every man needs to marry a woman, they must start a family, and so if a man stays alone, there’s only one reason for that: he must be gay! And keeps it a secret, of course.

A few years later I discovered that his marriage wasn’t a match made in heaven, never had been, but to this day, he has not filed a divorce. Neither did his parents, that keep living in an unhappy, bitter and a barren relationship.
The way I see things is that not everyone is meant to tie the knot, sometimes it’s better to have two happy persons alone, than to have two unhappy ones together.

  • Spring Greetings at Marilyn

    Spring Greetings at Marilyn

I absolutely love Marilyn’s events! It’s that one bar that never fails to reinvent itself week after week, always bringing something fresh to the table. Trust me, I’m no stranger here. I started coming here back in the 90s. The club has seen it all—six hundred different shows, cage dancing, even a beauty pageant for chests. You could feast your eyes on the ladies, play some cool roulette, soak in the vibe of a bordello—it’s like stepping into Wonderland.

So, they threw a spring bash recently. Now, I don’t know what springs to mind for others when they think of spring, but for me, it’s all about shedding layers. Finally, the ladies get to peel off those layers! Now, if someone thinks I’m a hardcore strip club enthusiast because I’ve been camping out here at the bar for the past two weeks, well, I won’t deny it. If there were a Strip Club Addicts Anonymous, I’d probably introduce myself like, “Hey, I’m Szabolcs, 49 years young, and addicted to strip bars. Marilyn’s my jam.” And I can totally picture the chorus of others chiming in, “Hey Szabolcs, great to see you here. Marilyn’s our favorite too! This place always had stellar shows and was always the first to bring in the latest from abroad.

Anyone who roamed the Budapest nightlife scene like a proper liberated Hungarian back in the 90s, losing their mind at every joint, knows exactly what it was like back then. After the Friday and Saturday night disco, everyone was still hunting for options. Some went to after-parties, some ended up at grandma’s pancake buffet , but the real die-hards hit up the strip clubs.

It was around this time that I met Scott, the mad, red Scottish devil. I had this sort of halfway house-like job back then where I mainly showed up to sleep during the day after nights out, and still got paid for it. One day, my boss sprung on me that the Scottish folks from our partner company were visiting, and we needed a kickass team-building program. As a joke, I suggested a strip club. Obviously, I wasn’t serious, but my colleagues erupted in cheers, so the decision was made. At first, the boss shook his head, saying, “Kids, we can’t do that,” but then we spun it as a brilliant idea to the Scottish headquarters. The rest, as they say, is history. We had the first-ever team-building event at Marilyn’s, and let me tell you, it was epic.

Scott was the head of the Scottish branch, and we hit it off instantly. It quickly became clear that he was just as much a strip club junkie as I was. The company probably went bankrupt ages ago since no one worked there, they just schmoozed around. But Scott and I remained friends. Scott still visits Hungary occasionally for business trips. So, last week, this red devil rings me up, saying he’s coming to Budapest and asking if I’m up for a wild night. Well, of course, my friend, I said to him, and practically landed at Marilyn’s straight from the airport. Scott isn’t much of a true Scotsman, he can’t handle his alcohol properly; usually gets plastered within half an hour. He always caps it off by asking one of the dancers to marry him. Usually falls head over heels for the one who gives him a lap dance. These nights are tear-inducingly hilarious, believe me. We’ve toured most of Europe’s nightclubs together, but somehow Marilyn always feels like home.

Sometimes, all you crave after a long day is to lounge on a comfy couch, sip your drink, and have a half-naked girl dance in your lap. Now, I’m no relationship expert—if I’ve managed to stay single this long, it’s not changing anytime soon. But I’m sure even married guys yearn for these intimate evenings sometimes. There are moments when you don’t want to ask, “Honey, how was your day?” and couldn’t care less about the answer. You just long for a cold drink and a girl dancing naked, who won’t ask questions if you don’t want her to. We’re men, we need this “nothingness” every now and then; it’s ingrained in us. And there’s no better decoder than a stripper.

Marilyn’s my sanctuary, where I come to contemplate, confess, and cleanse. Let me tell you, you can really cleanse at Marilyn’s—they’ve got this nifty shower stall where you can go in with a dancer to get your back scrubbed. Then they give you a pair of dry boxers as a gift. I won’t tell you how many Marilyn-branded undies I have at home, okay?

  • The bachelor’s party

    The bachelor’s party

When the big day arrives in a man’s life, his friends immediately envision the bachelor’s party, typically involving a strip bar. Let’s face it, nobody is fantasizing about the wedding menu or the flower decorations. Some may even contemplate meeting other wedding guests, especially the mysterious single ladies.

One of my mates got married a few years ago (for the third time, by the way), and upon hearing the fantastic news, I immediately called Marilyn Night Club. Despite being months away from the wedding, I wanted to secure our spot, considering Marilyn’s popularity. I arranged for a special lap dance for the groom, reserved a separate room for the entire friend group, ordered a box of champagne, and organized a bride show along with the surprise bundle. As for the surprise show, I won’t spoil it by going into detail, but trust me, it’s a must-see and the highlight of the party!

So, everything was all set up perfectly, I kicked back and waited for the big day. A few weeks later, the groom invited me out for a beer, and I suggested hitting up a strip bar, but he mentioned another spot, and he didn’t sound too thrilled about it. Turns out, his bride-to-be put the kibosh on him having his bachelor’s party at a night bar! Can you believe it? A grown-ass man in his 40s! It blows my mind. I didn’t even know the girl, but I lost all interest in getting to know her. This poor guy was head over heels, blindly following orders. You’d think someone on their third marriage would be more cautious, but apparently, some people never learn.

I tried to convince him, explaining that it’s a tradition, it’s ART: lap dance, pole dance, table dance… those dancers train for months, it’s a workout, man, serious physical effort! But he was adamant. It bummed me out a bit. Mostly for his sake, feeling sorry for the poor guy, seeing how things were starting off.

And guess what? What do you think happened in the end? Did we go out with the guys and have a “gentleman’s night”? Did we sneak in the photos at the wedding? Yes and yes! Did they end up divorced within a year? Yup, for the third time!

Obviously not because of the stag do, where the groom wasn’t even present.

The bottom line for me is, don’t marry someone who won’t let you have a bachelor’s party at a strip club!

  • Unicorn striptease?!

    Unicorn striptease?!

What’s the last thing you’d expect to see at a striptease bar? Unicorns. But in this Night Club, even the most unexpected comes to life, that’s what makes it so special and magical!

On the 18 th of April, Marilyn Night Club celebrates the World Unicorn Day. I didn’t even know a day like this existed, but now that I do, I can’t wait to be at the Club to see what it has to offer! I don’t know what to expect, but it’s enough to just play with the witty thoughts: the fusion of naked girls and mythical creatures… just think about it, isn’t it crazy good? Don’t tell me you didn’t enjoy riding around when you were little.

I did some research to get more details on this event: “On this day, we celebrate the lovely mythical one-horned creatures, the unicorns. The origin of this celebration is unknown, but the initiative gives us several opportunities to participate in exciting programs.” This is what I found, but honestly, it is perfectly enough for me! This is exactly what I expect from a Night Club’s programme! The event should be appealing, but the origins unclear!

It is so easy to pair this thought with literally anything, just imagine: unicorn lap dance, unicorn pole dance, unicorn table dance, unicorns striptease…

This Night Club never fails to astonish me! Believe it or not, Marilyn has been open for over 30 years and has been entertaining its guests ever since. And hold up, the boss and owner is a woman! Amazing, isn’t it? “Find the woman” might be the key to Marilyn’s success, because who knows better what a man needs, than women? Not another man, obviously. Only a woman could come up with the idea of a unicorn-themed party in a strip bar. This brilliant strip bar has already announced two similar theme nights this year, there was a carnival and a spring welcome party. Both were fantastically good programs. But it doesn't end there, there will be a bunch more themes: Formula 1, Europe Day, Marilyn Club's birthday… Check out the event calendar, the website has been revamped, it's worth checking out! Although they also post the current event on the Facebook page before each occasion. While you're there on the page, feel free to browse around, and you'll see that the lineup is excellent! You'll also find plenty of enticing content on TikTok and Insta, look it up!

I say, if you want to have a good time partying, come to Marilyn's, there's no better relaxation than this! Time really stops here; all worries fade away. You can be free for an evening, carefree and independent. If you feel your battery is running low, if you're experiencing spring fatigue, if you're tired of your daily routine, if your life is monotonous, just come and recharge! The dancers are all top- notch, the service is flawless, and the bar is incredibly atmospheric. This is your place, you deserve some relaxation too!

  • Happy Birthday Marilyn!

    Happy Birthday Marilyn!

If you can only attend one event at a strip club, make it this one! A huge party is coming on Thursday, the 23rd of May. Marilyn is celebrating its 31st birthday, and the event won’t be private, meaning that guests can celebrate with us. Here’s a little recap from the past years:

31 years ago on this day, the gates of this amazing club opened. Until 1999, it operated under the name Blue Angel and attracted guests from all around the world. After the change of regime, curious tourists—besides wanting to see the beautiful locations—also wanted to see the famously pretty Hungarian girls. The place became so well-known in such a short time that interested individuals waited in endless queues on the street. Far more guests arrived than the then 180-square-meter club could accommodate. In the beginning, there was no table dance, no separate or VIP rooms, only one stage where the show ran, with many entertaining details.

In 1999, a renovation was needed. This was when Marilyn finally added three separate rooms, and table dancing also began. New competitors emerged in the world of night clubs, but Marilyn always stood out. Cage dancing and a shower show added colour to the repertoire, with guests actively participating. There were astonishing shows night after night: boob beauty contests, body painting competitions, snake shows, and a casino brought life to the club each day. Not to mention, guests could also eat from the beautiful bodies of our dancer girls.

Marilyn’s fame remains unbroken to this day, with constantly changing shows and endless package deal offers. This strip bar is the place for upbeat parties, electrifying nights, and unforgettable memories. It has been the market leader in Hungary for 31 years now, thanks to its unchanged leadership and continuous renewal. This strip bar has no time to rest, persistently bringing in new adventures day after day.

Marilyn’s unmatched bar has an enormous drink selection. Currently, 30 beautiful dancers entertain guests five evenings a week, on two levels, covering an area of 350 square meters. Instead of the previous three private rooms, there are now ten available for guests, featuring Table Dance, Mirror Lap dance, Domina Show, Bride Show, Shower Show, and many other performances adding variety to the palette. Private rooms accommodating 15-20 people are also available for groups wanting a separate entertainment experience, such as for bachelor parties. The range of package offers is uniquely wide: team building, birthdays, wedding anniversaries for couples, bachelor parties… whatever the theme of the celebration, Marilyn provides the perfect venue for it. The latest innovation is the Live Show, which is now accessible through the website. Visitors from over 80 countries have come here, and many celebrities are regular guests, whose names are, of course, not mentioned, as discretion is fundamental in the nightlife entertainment industry. More than three thousand grooms have held their bachelor parties here, and over the course of 31 years, more than one and a half million guests have visited the Night Club. Marilyn introduced and continuously leads the strip club culture in Hungary.

The bar’s friendly atmosphere is perfectly reflected in the fact that the grand birthday party is not a closed event; guests can also participate in the celebration, and everyone can get a slice of the birthday cake, along with a 30% discount on drinks. Additionally, a spectacular show is expected. Who wouldn’t want to be part of such a legendary event?

  • The Story of Marilyn

    The Story of Marilyn

Marilyn Night Club, located on Baross Street, has been adding color to Budapest’s nightlife for 31 years now. Naturally, the windows are impossible to see through—because inside, bombshell dancers are busy stealing the guests’ hearts at the tables—but the shockingly modest price list displayed beside the entrance still manages to inspire some trust. Anyone emboldened by this transparency, somewhat unusual for the nightlife, would do well to take a deep breath and step through the club’s door into the pink-painted unknown.

This is indeed one of Budapest’s most prestigious entertainment venues, this is indeed one of Budapest’s most prestigious entertainment venues, skilfully navigated through the wild nineties by its female owner, creating an institution where not only big-time businessmen and Hollywood celebrities, but even the average person wandering in off the street can have an unforgettable evening.

Homely—that’s the first word that comes to mind when stepping through the entrance. However, as your gaze wanders to the stage, the tables, or the shower cubicle where girls are undressing, entirely different adjectives come to mind. The space is defined by a modern interior, subtly exciting lighting, a stage designed for pole dancing, comfortable armchairs, tables specifically built for tabletop dances, and a long bar counter. If the first thing the guest notices is the pretty bartender, they inevitably wonder: if the bartender looks like this, what must the dancers be like? Of course, the question is purely rhetorical, as the answer hits you squarely through your optic nerves.

Thirty years ago, the genre of strip clubs further west meant more or less safe adult entertainment, but things played out very differently here. In 1985, Rózsaszín Cica (Pink Kitten) opened on Wesselényi Street, which was Budapest’s first private strip club, where initially everyone could find what they were looking for—soothing bar music, pretty ladies, and good drinks for an exciting evening.

  • Discover America at Marilyn!

    Discover America at Marilyn!

What makes a strip club exceptional and unique?

If you think it’s just the sight of beautiful, naked female bodies, you’re mistaken! That’s simply not enough on its own.

The success of Marilyn Night Club is much more complex. Of course, the initial visual appeal matters when you decide you crave the lusty entertainment of a night club. But the perfection of the evening lies in the details. Let’s face it, when it comes to relaxing, everyone wants a perfect night – carefree, fun, good vibes, and an unforgettable experience that makes this night different from all others.

Imagine stepping into a place where everything revolves around you after a long day! A place where time stands still. Where all your senses can relax and you’re surrounded by pleasant stimuli. You’re sipping on a cold drink, beautiful girls are all around, and everyone’s goal is to make sure you’re having a blast. Here, professionalism surrounds you, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation.

Marilyn Budapest delivers this exact vibe!

The bar’s selection is excellent, and the staff is delightful. The music sets the mood just right – not too loud, and not too quiet. The decor is stunningly erotic and surprisingly comfortable.

You can admire the dancers not just on stage, but up close with lap dances and table dances. You can chat with them, drink together, and enjoy a truly intimate and thrilling time. If you want a private dance, you can choose from 10 private rooms to cap off your evening.

If you’re coming with a group or celebrating a special occasion like a bachelor party, birthday, or team-building event, there are various package deals to choose from. Each package includes a special, well-crafted striptease show and drinks. You can rent larger private rooms, just pick the offer that suits you best. Marilyn has hosted thousands of wild parties, with countless celebrities making the right choice by picking this dazzling club for their big night.

And then there are the top-notch shows! The stage hosts a constant pole dancing show, and every two weeks there’s a themed night. The next one is on July 4th: Independence Day. The yearly event calendar hints with “discover America at Marilyn,” which sounds pretty exciting!

És ott vannak a színvonalas műsorok! A színpadon állandó rúdtáncos műsor vár, ezen kívül  kéthetente valamilyen témaesttel készülnek. A következő július 4-én lesz: A Függetlenség Napja. Az éves eseménynaptárban annyi szerepel előzetesen, hogy “fedezd fel Amerikát a Marilynben”, ez elég izgalmasan hangzik!

Come and spend an evening in the land of promises!

  • Beer Adventure

    Beer Adventure

The Beer Day event at Marilyn was top-notch. I’m a beer lover, and Marilyn is already my favorite
spot. A few new pole dancers were added to entertain the crowd, and this Thursday night felt like it
    was tailor-made for me.

These days, there are tons of beer festivals around here, but it wasn’t always like that. It was back in the early ’90s when four of us buddies decided to hit up Oktoberfest. We were mostly driven by excitement and had little knowledge of German beers, but we pictured beautiful blonde girls in traditional Bavarian outfits with braids, serving us the best draft beers. Of course, we also had other fantasies, thanks to those popular German adult films we’d seen on VHS, with a terrible Hungarian dubbing.

Initially, we planned to go with a travel agency’s bus trip to our dream festival. But after a quick (and very careless) bit of math, we figured we could save a lot by driving there ourselves. We thought we’d easily find a place to stay once we got there. We weren’t interested in sightseeing, which the bus trip included, and we liked the idea of going at our own pace, stopping whenever we wanted, without having to deal with forty other people. Plus, we didn’t want a boring tour guide. This was all about beer, and even though only Geri spoke a bit of German, we figured getting by at a festival wouldn’t be rocket science.

The drive was way longer than we expected, and the last 2-3 hours were pure torture. Despite leaving at dawn, we didn’t get to Munich until late at night.

We had this movie-like idea in our heads that we’d find “zimmer frei” signs everywhere, just like at Lake Balaton. Of course, if we’d chosen the bus trip with the boring tour guide, we’d have known that during Oktoberfest, every place in Munich is booked a year in advance.

By the time we got to the festival, it was winding down. A few stragglers were still around, and some awful brass band music was playing. It was clear they were about to pack it up, but we were determined to have a beer after all that travel. We figured we’d sleep in the car and find a place to stay in the morning. There were Bavarian girls in traditional outfits, but they didn’t have the enthusiasm we expected, and they weren’t all that attractive either. Except for one, whom Geri immediately started chatting up. We laughed at him from a distance, imagining the conversation with his broken German, and commented on it with lines from those ’80s German adult films. We got pretty drunk on those litre-sized beer mugs pretty quickly. If we’d chosen the bus trip with the boring guide, we’d have known that they brew much stronger beers for this event.

Geri reappeared about an hour later, grinning from ear to ear.
“Did you hook up with her, or what’s up?” we asked.
“Even better, guys—we’ve got a place to stay!” he said, waving a piece of paper.

Turns out, the girl he was chatting with was half-Hungarian (which is probably why she was the prettiest of the bunch), and she had an aunt, Gertrud, who had a room for rent in her suburban house. We were all dead tired by then, so we headed out to the address she gave us. We rang the bell for ages before Gertrud finally came out. She was a big, ugly old lady in a bathrobe, with hair curlers in and a mustache that would put Magnum to shame. She yelled something in German, none of which we understood, but we could tell she didn’t like us. Geri handed her the note from her niece, she grumbled something under her breath, turned around, and waved us in: “Schnell!”"” We tried not to laugh because we knew that word from those German films, just in a totally different context.

The room was tiny but clean, and we were exhausted, so we were happy enough. The old lady wrote a
number on the back of the paper that had us in shock, but we had no choice but to pay her.

Our five-day trip ended up being cut down to two, thanks to Gertrud’s outrageously expensive room,
but the adventure is something we’ll never forget—we still talk about it today.
Just the other day, in fact, at Marilyn on Beer Day, where the girls are a hundred times hotter than at
Oktoberfest ever. But if you do decide to hit up Europe’s biggest beer fest, make sure to book a place
well in advance—or bring Geri with you!

  • Cocktail Night

    Cocktail Night

I went to a ferocious cocktail party last week! There aren’t many night bars where the drinks are actually perfect and not watered down the booze. But Marilyn Budapest is one of those spots where you can trust the bartender. You get exactly what you pay for, and the striptease? Well, that’s just the cherry on top of your cocktail. That’s why I love this Night Club so much—everything is top-notch. The bar is a perfect 10, the girls are a perfect 10, and the variety of shows is insane: lap dance, pole dance, table dance, private rooms, killer music, and good vibes all around. Plus, every two weeks there’s a themed event like this Cocktail Night.

I’ve got this crew of friends, and we’ve been hitting up parties together for like 30 years now. Of course, over time, things have shifted—there have been weddings and divorces, relationships and breakups, too much work or no work at all, new friends, hanging out with colleagues, and a whole lot of other life stuff. We still love to hang out tho, when we can, but it’s rare we get the whole gang together anymore.

In our twenties, we didn’t need an excuse to meet up. If one of us had plans, the whole crew would tag along. That’s how we once ended up in Vienna for a cocktail competition. Both pro bartenders and amateurs could enter, and the event lasted two days with different categories to compete in.

The whole thing was quite random. My buddy’, Sanya’s girlfriend at the time was entering the competition, and the rest of us decided to go along with them. We figured if all the bartending chicks were anything like Viki, we were in for a treat.

Back then, we’d go anywhere for a good chance to meet girls, and Vienna wasn’t exactly the end of the earth. The event was high-class too, with tons of famous cocktail legends (whom we’d never heard of) participating. Our first disappointment came when we realized three-quarters of the bartenders were dudes. Sure, there were a few girls, but they weren’t even close to looking as good as Viki. The second letdown hit when the competition started, and we found out the audience didn’t get to taste any of the cocktails. Plus, we were supposed to sit quietly and watch. Neither of those things worked for us, so Sanya politely asked us to get lost.

It was early afternoon, and the competition was going until late at night, so the four of us hit the streets of Vienna. We did the tourist things, grabbed some food, had some beers, but we’d all been craving cocktails since morning. So, we decided to find a Night Club—preferably one with girls. In the 90s, there weren’t a ton of classy strip joints around, and peep shows were still all the rage. We ended up in one of those sad little places, where, unsurprisingly, there were no cocktails and barely any other customers besides us. We choked down a lukewarm, awful beer and moved on.

Eventually, we found a high-end spot. By this point, it was well into the night, and we weren’t exactly thirsty anymore. They had a pole dance show going on, the place was packed, and it looked promising. We grabbed some great cocktails, parked ourselves at the bar, and started rating the dancers. We ordered round after round, stayed for ages, and the crowd started to thin out. Then, we spotted Viki and Sanya with their backs to us. We headed toward them, but when Sanya turned around—it wasn’t him. But Viki? Oh, she was still Viki. We bolted out of there, fast as lightning, and headed back to our hotel, trying to figure out what to do next.

I don’t know how it works with girls, but we had this medieval belief that the bearer of bad news gets beheaded. So, we decided to keep quiet about what we’d seen.

The next morning, Sanya and Viki were cuddled up on the balcony, sipping coffee. The four of us were horribly hungover, which gave us a good excuse to avoid talking. We found out that Viki wasn’t placed in the competition. A few months later, Sanya and Viki broke up because she moved to Vienna to become a strip dancer. Yeah, in that same club. All we said to Sanya was, “Well, that was predictable. She was never that great at mixing drinks anyway.”

  • Hello, Autumn!

    Hello, Autumn!

Usually, I get goosebumps from the kind of people who say hello to seasons, months, or even days. Except when the greeter is a Striptease Bar. Let’s be honest: an invitation from a Night Club that says ‘Hello Autumn Party’ is quite promising. What happens behind the doors of a strip club during autumn is quite the opposite of what goes on in everyday life. Here, the girls are happy to get rid of their clothes, while everyone else outside is putting on more and more layers. Sandals and bright red toenails are disappearing. Toned and tanned thighs are getting concealed under stockings, shoulders and breasts are covered up. Some excitement remains, of course, but imagining what’s under all those layers becomes more intriguing. However, it’s much easier for a man to see everything during summer.

This is what I love about Marilyn. It always offers what I need at the moment. Last week, I decided to do something bold, and I checked out the Domina show. This genre was far from my usual tastes; I never desired to be dominated by a woman, but one of my mates was so amazed by it that I became curious. You may wonder what it was like. All I can say is: definitely try it! There’s an inexplicable excitement in having a beautiful woman take control over you.

When I was a kid – I must have been around 12 – a new boy joined our class. His father worked in a foreign service position, and they had spent three years somewhere in the Middle East, but the assignment ended, and that’s how he ended up in our small, run-down school. We quickly became friends; I liked how he dressed, talked, and thought differently from us, who were all planning the summer pioneer camp room arrangements in our identical school uniforms.

One day after school, he invited me over to his place – there had been some awful lunch at the cafeteria – and he said his mom had probably cooked something good. Their apartment was incredible, but what was even more incredible: his mother. I had never seen a mom like that, or even a woman like that. I stared at her with my mouth wide open for minutes, completely captivated. She was very tall, with long black hair, dressed entirely in black. What I remember vividly is that even her nails were black, which is normal for a woman now, but in the 80s, it was unimaginable. Another thing that struck me was that she wore high heels at home. My mom wore slippers in the house, and I don’t think I ever saw her in heels my whole childhood. I was a little 12-year-old brat, and I fell head over heels in love with that woman.

At that age, I had no clue what a Domina was, but to this day, her image comes to mind whenever I hear the word. Later, I found out that she thought I was autistic because I couldn’t speak coherently to her—I could only stutter. Eventually, I overcame that anxiety, but my admiration never faded. The following year, my friend’s father was sent abroad again, and I never saw him or his mysteriously beautiful mother again.

Nevertheless, last week at Marilyn, Barbi the Domina was able to evoke that forgotten memory in me. Without a doubt, watch Barbi’s show, as I’m sure every man needs this astonishing experience at least once in his life!
